The Rosemount Model 3300HT / 3300HTVP pH Sensor is engineered for demanding applications where conventional sensors fail due to heat, pressure, or chemical exposure. It incorporates PERpH-X high-performance technology, which enhances the durability of the glass membrane and reference system, significantly extending sensor life. The sensor uses a SMART preamplifier that stores calibration data and enables automatic recognition, diagnostics, and predictive maintenance when connected to compatible transmitters. This allows operators to monitor parameters such as slope, offset, and impedance, helping to optimize maintenance schedules and reduce downtime.
In addition, the sensor features a rebuildable double junction reference system with a gel-based electrolyte that resists contamination, temperature cycling, and pressure variations. A porous Teflon junction ensures stable reference flow while minimizing fouling in dirty or oily processes. The rugged construction includes chemically resistant materials such as titanium, Ryton (PPS), and PTFE, making it suitable for aggressive environments.
