About the Course
Unlike standard first aid courses, this program prepares participants to manage emergencies far from urban help, emphasizing resourcefulness, improvisation, and sustained care. The training blends practical outdoor simulations with hands-on experience, enabling learners to respond confidently in rugged and challenging terrains.
Participants are guided by Wilderness Emergency Medical Technicians (WEMTs) and Mountain Rescue Team members, who bring real-life field experience to every session.
