The Siemens 6ES7134-6GD01-0BA1 SIMATIC ET 200SP AI 4xI 2-/4-wire Standard analog input module supports three current input ranges — 0 to 20mA, -20mA to +20mA, and 4 to 20mA — with resolution up to 16 bits including sign on the two outer ranges. It uses an integrating Sigma-Delta measurement principle and offers a parameterizable integration time with interference suppression settings for 16.6Hz, 50Hz, or 60Hz, giving flexibility to match local power line frequency conditions. The module includes a built-in 24V encoder supply, delivering up to 20 mA continuously per channel, or up to 50 mA per channel for short durations under 10 seconds, with short-circuit protection.
This module includes a complete diagnostic set, covering supply voltage monitoring, wire-break detection (on the 4-20mA range), short-circuit detection in 2-wire mode, group error, and overflow/underflow, all shown through onboard LEDs.
