Rosemount R305 Enhanced Integral Manifold

The Rosemount R305 Integral Manifold is engineered to mount directly onto Rosemount coplanar pressure transmitters, eliminating the need for a separate flange and significantly reducing system weight and installation complexity. It incorporates the advanced Pressure-Lock™ valve design with a two-piece stem, which improves operational safety, ensures reliable sealing, and simplifies valve operation in high-pressure applications. Available in 2-, 3-, and 5-valve configurations, the manifold allows for proper isolation, equalization, and venting of process pressure, ensuring accurate and stable measurements. Its design reduces potential leak paths by up to 50% compared to traditional transmitter-manifold assemblies, improving overall system integrity.

In addition, the manifold is constructed from high-quality 316/316L stainless steel with PTFE or graphite-based packing materials, providing excellent resistance to corrosion, high temperature, and aggressive process conditions. It supports operating pressures up to 6250 psi (431 bar) and temperatures up to 750°F (399°C), making it suitable for demanding industrial environments such as oil & gas and chemical processing. The large internal bore helps prevent clogging, while flexible mounting orientations (parallel or 90°) allow easy installation. When factory-assembled with a transmitter, the unit is leak-tested and pressure-verified, ensuring reliable performance from startup.
