The Dwyer EDA Electronic Pressure Controller is engineered to replace multiple individual instruments with a single integrated solution, reducing installation cost, wiring complexity, and panel space requirements. It incorporates a high-accuracy solid-state pressure sensor with up to ±1% full-scale accuracy, providing precise and repeatable pressure measurement for both liquids and gases. The controller features two fully programmable SPDT relays with adjustable on/off setpoints for alarm or control functions, allowing independent operation for pumps, compressors, filters, and HVAC systems. A large backlit LCD display provides real-time process values and selectable engineering units such as psi, bar, kPa, inHg, and more. LED indicators on the front panel clearly display relay status for quick diagnostics and monitoring.
In addition, the EDA controller includes advanced programmable features such as adjustable damping, fail-safe operation, peak and valley indication, scalable transmitter output, and adjustable time delay. The rugged NEMA 4X/IP66 weatherproof enclosure allows reliable operation in harsh industrial environments and supports panel, flush, or pipe mounting.
