Description

The Bently Nevada 3500/61 Temperature Monitor provides six channels for temperature monitoring and accepts both resistance temperature detector (RTD) and thermocouple (TC) inputs. It conditions these signals, compares them with user-programmable alarm setpoints, and provides recorder outputs for each channel to support detailed monitoring and analysis. Users configure the module to perform either RTD or TC measurements using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software.

The Bently Nevada 3500/61 Temperature Monitor offers RTD/TC non-isolated and TC isolated I/O module options. The non-isolated version can accept RTD, TC, or a combination of both inputs, while the isolated version provides 250 Vdc channel-to-channel isolation to prevent external interference. When installed in a Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) configuration, three monitors are placed adjacent to each other, and the system applies voting logic to ensure accurate operation and eliminate single-point failures.
